Clam Bake 2014

Frederick’s Wine & Dine is pleased to announce our Second Annual “Clam Bake 2014″ — Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. — RAIN OR SHINE! With a day full of food and games, Frederick’s guarantees that this is an event that you do not want to miss! There are Limited Reservations and this is a prepaid event. Attending guests must purchase tickets by October 9, 2014.

Potato Skins

Topped with cheddar cheese and bacon bits served with sour cream. $7.45

Frederick’s Skins

Potato Skins topped with chicken, onions, green peppers and provolone. $8.45

Quesadilla

Grilled white tortillas filled with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, tomato, onion, olive and jalapeno peppers. Served with sour cream and salsa. $6.50 (Add Grilled Chicken $2.00)

Frederick’s Spicy Shrimp

Large shrimp lightly dredged in seasoned flour, deep fried and tossed in our signature spicy sauce. $8.95

Hamburger Sliders

USDA ground chuck grilled slider style, served on a bun with pickle, tomato and pesto mayo. $6.99

Fried and served with your choice of sauce. $10.95
